PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) emphasizes proactive strategies for defining, teaching and supporting appropriate student behaviors to create positive school environments. Here are a few examples of how we celebrate these positive student behaviors and successes:
~ Eagle Eggs - positive tickets given to students showing Focus, Respect, Effort and/or Safety
- Eagle Eggs can be redeemed by students for things such as pajama day or a lunch bunch with a teacher
~ Friday Eagle Egg Winners - called on announcements
~ Prize Patrol - cart goes to one homeroom weekly
~ Team wide celebrations - ex: extra recess
~ School wide celebrations - ex: Dance Party and Club Day!!
